Mondragon Innovation & Knowledge is a research center dedicated to the specialized management of social and organizational innovation.

With offices in Oñati and Irún (Guipuzcoa, Spain), MIK forms part of the MONDRAGON Corporation and Mondragon University. It is also recognized by the Ministry of Science and Innovation as an Office for the Transfer of Research Results (OTRI) in the field of advanced business management.
