Goals

The study, design, implementation and quantitative/qualitative assessment of the effects of the participation of individuals in the management, results and capital of companies on an economic and social-psychological level, in terms of both the organization’s internal/external goals and in the communities and regions where they operate.

  1. Cooperativism: The study, analysis and improvement of internal dynamics, management practices and processes for creating and sharing wealth.
  2. Individual involvement: Mentoring companies as they progress towards more participative models, in terms of management, results and/or capital.
  3. Social corporate responsibility: Helping companies move toward new and increasingly more responsible economic, social and environmental models.
