Goals

Applied research aimed at creating new business activities as the backbone of economic development, through three lines of development.

  1. Intra/entrepreneurship: Environmental constraints now demand – and have always demanded – that organizations engage in constant transformation. The challenge lies in helping companies through this process.
  2. New Business Models: The business model describes the basis upon which the company creates, provides and captures economic and/or social value. We help companies diversify their business models.
  3. Social Entrepreneurship: Social entrepreneurship proposes the creation of new companies that meet a wide variety of social needs. Our goal is for the most disadvantaged groups to generate their own businesses.
